Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited (“Coke Canada Bottling”, “we”, “us” and “our”) is committed to protecting your Personal Information (as defined below) by ensuring that your Personal Information is treated with care and is not used or disclosed in ways to which you have not consented (except where consent is not required under privacy legislation). This Webpage Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains the ways in which we collect, use and disclose your Personal Information. It applies to any Personal Information that is collected by us, whether it is collected in person, over the telephone, in writing, or electronically.

Coke Canada Bottling complies with all of the requirements of Canada’s privacy legislation, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and substantially similar provincial legislation applicable within the jurisdictions in which we operate. Sometimes the privacy legislation and/or an individual’s right to privacy are different from one jurisdiction to another. This Policy covers only those activities that are subject to the provisions of Canada’s federal and provincial privacy laws, as applicable.

What Is Personal Information?

What Information Do We Collect?

​We may collect information from you when you enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or participate in another Site feature, or communicate with us whether via the Site, email, in person or by phone. When inquiring or registering with us, we may ask you for your contact information (such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, the organization you are affiliated with or other information). We will only request Personal Information from you that is necessary to establish, manage and maintain our relationship with you.

Technical Information

Do We Use “Cookies”?
